In my recent visit to the North Carolina State Capitol, I passed by the education wall. As a youth motivational speaker, I use millions of words each year in an attempt to inspire and impact my audiences. The message on the wall behind me is a vivid reminder that our kids hear millions of words about how we want to help them, but the most powerful tool we have is the example and life we live before them.
